Dr.ª Cristiana Alexandra
Trainee Solicitor
Holding a Degree in Solicitorship from the School of Technology and Management of the Polytechnic Institute of Leiria, Dr.ª Cristiana is currently undergoing the professional traineeship required for registration with the Portuguese Bar Association of Solicitors and Enforcement Agents (Ordem dos Solicitadores e dos Agentes de Execução – OSAE).
Endowed with a strong academic and scientific vocation, she has distinguished herself through active participation in nationally and internationally renowned events, particularly the XII Consumer Law Conference “A Europe for Consumers: New Agenda Underway”, the Commemorative Conference of the 33rd Anniversary of the Portuguese Consumer Law Association (APDC) “The New Electronic Communications Law”, the International Conference “Agri-environmental Law: New Challenges” and the Luso-French-Belgian Exchange dedicated to the comparative study of Constitutional Law.
This international and multidisciplinary experience has enabled her to develop a broad and comparative vision.
Licenciatura
Completed the Degree in Solicitorship at the School of Technology and Management of the Polytechnic Institute of Leiria, acquiring comprehensive and practical training in the areas of Civil Procedure Law, Enforcement Law, Consumer Law and Solicitorship.
Scientific and International Engagement
Distinguished herself through active participation in prestigious national and international conferences, as well as in a Luso-French-Belgian academic exchange dedicated to the comparative study of Constitutional Law, thereby enriching her profile with a European and comparative legal perspective.
Traineeship for Registration with the OSAE
Commenced the mandatory professional traineeship under the Portuguese Bar Association of Solicitors and Enforcement Agents (OSAE), consolidating practical skills and preparing for the full practice of the profession of Solicitor with the highest standards of rigour and responsibility.
