Holder of a Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism Information from the Estoril Higher School of Hospitality and Tourism, she currently integrates the JLADVOGADOSLAWYERS.RL team as Forensic/Legal Secretary.
Endowed with outstanding skills in communication, interpersonal relations, empathy and proactivity, she stands out for her exceptional ability to create trusting environments with clients, lawyers and all other stakeholders, combined with immediate adaptability to IT tools and advanced mastery of Microsoft Office.
In 2021 she successfully completed the Professional Training Course in French Language – Customer Service Level at CENCAL, thereby enhancing her linguistic competences and her capacity to provide personalized and multilingual service.
This solid academic background, combined with high-level interpersonal skills and practical experience in the legal field, enables her to perform her duties as forensic/legal secretary with absolute rigor, impeccable organization, total discretion and complete dedication to the administrative and logistical support of the firm’s activity.
